How to Request a Refund:

  1. Contact our team at editorial.repelis24@gmail.com and provide your order details.
  2. Repackage the clubs in their original packaging and include your order number.
  3. Ship the package back to us (return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility).

Once we receive the returned clubs, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned (ship date) within 30 days of the original purchase.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Clubs that have been altered (e.g., shafts cut, extended, gripped, or heads adjusted) are not eligible for return.
  • Used or discounted clubs are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

International Orders: We’ve partnered with DHL to provide lower prices, faster shipping, and all-inclusive pricing (taxes and duties) for our international customers. If you refuse a shipment and Repelis24 incurs a return fee, it will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that exchanging an item does not extend the 30-day return window.

Warranty: Our 1-year warranty does not cover clubs that chip or peel due to improper storage (i.e., not using a head cover). Our hybrids and woods are designed to withstand normal use when properly protected.
